  • ※ Persons eligible for free admission must receive free admission tickets by presenting relevant documentation and identification before entering the Museum. (Documents other than those outlined above will not be accepted.)
  • ※ Unused tickets can be refunded on the same day of purchase during ticket office hours (before 5pm).
  • ※ Expired tickets cannot be refunded.

Visitor Guidelines

  • Children under 36 months of age should be accompanied by an adult (one adult per two children).
  • Children under 10 years should be accompanied by an adult when entering and using the Museum.
  • For a pleasant and safe experience, we limit the total number of daily visitors and number of visitors for each time slot.
  • We recommend making a reservation to prevent a long wait or disappointment due to tickets selling out.
  • Food and beverages that may cause burns such as hot noodles (e.g., cup noodles), coffee, tea, retort food and delivered food are not allowed inside the Museum.
  • Please call us for inquiries regarding visits for academic and other personal purposes.

Types of Reservations

  • Individual
    60% of individual admission tickets are sold by reservation and 40% by on-site purchase. ※ Reservations can be made two weeks in advance
  • Group
    Group visits can be arranged by online reservation only. ※ Reservations can be made 100 days in advance
  • Education
    You can make reservations for various educational programs offered by the Museum.
